About Chef Taylor Parker: Taylor is of the Mohawk Nation, Bear Clan, from Six Nations of the Grand River. A proud father, chef, forager, gardener, and friend, Taylor brings rarely seen native North American ingredients to life in dishes that connect people back to the land. Passionate about education and collaboration, he works with other chefs to define modern First Nations cuisine. He runs MT Hospitality and co-owns For4ged Candle Company in Brantford, Ontario.
