Where can I park my ride?
Located just a couple steps away, guests can park at the indoor Green P lot located at 45 Abell St. “Carpark Lot #261”, ½ a block south of the Hotel. Just purchase your ticket from the machine and display it on your dash, pay online or with the Green P Parking APP. Tickets are $1.00 / half hour + $12.00 for a 12-hour period. For periods greater than 12 hours, select “Max Time” repeatedly until you are covered.
How do I get there?
You can “ride the rocket” for $3.35. Remember to pay with exact change and grab a transfer as your Proof of Payment [POP] to transfer to alternate lines + subways. You can transfer between subway + ground routes only if you are making a one-way trip to a destination. You cannot hop on / hop off any part of the TTC. Want to ride like a Torontonian while you’re in town? Visit the TTC website for information about alternate fares + passes for your length of stay.
Are all the hotel rooms different and can you accommodate special room requests?
Whether you’re looking for a sunny Rooftop Terrace Suite, a Salon with a super-luxe washroom, an ultra-quiet King or an exposed brick Crashpad, each of our 51 rooms are filled with uniquely curated artwork + design sensibilities. Our Hotel staff know every room inside-out and will happily help you make the best selection for your visit.
What time can I check in?
We’re more than happy to check you in anytime after 3PM. Check out time is at 11AM, which gives you time to enjoy breakfast in our Café.
What is the booking policy?
A valid credit card is required for booking + check-in (VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX). Interac Visa/Mastercard Debit is not considered a valid credit card and is not accepted for pre-paid bookings, please reach out if you used an Interac Visa/MC for pre-payment, or your booking may be canceled. We require a matching government-issued photo I.D. to be presented upon check-in for payment. Incidentals are collected as a pending charge at check-in, posted as $200 at all times. If you present debit (Interac Visa/MC), incidentals will be set at a minimum $500/booking, held at the time of check-in as a security deposit. Any additional charges to the credit card may occur post your stay related, but not limited to, smoking, pets, noise complaints, minibar consumption, nonregistered guests, and damage to our building. The credit card used to secure the booking must be presented at check-in. If it is not provided, the charges will be reversed, and the card presented on-site will be processed for payment.
